Head - Technology Solutions

Nitin has more than 15 years of work experience and has been with Circular Angle since 2015. He is primarily responsible for IT Strategy, Project management, Resource Management, Budget & Cost Estimation, Customer Engagement, Quality Assurance, Handling Audits for Security & Quality and contribution towards organization strategic initiative.

A post graduate in Human Resource Management, Sneha has over 10 years of consulting experience across various industries. Organization Design & Restructuring, Change Management, Business process Architecture Design, Capability Assessment and Intervention, Business Simulations, Defining Role Architecture are only a few of her many expertise.

Sheetal Kaushalya

Consultant

Sheetal has completed her Master's in Marketing & Finance and has been with Circular Angle since its inception. She is instrumental in recruiting for the firm and manages all the HR operations for Circular Angle. Some of her functional expertise include recruitment processes, recruiting strategies, induction, business development, client management, SPOC and Team Management.

Aniruddha Bane

SAP Architect

With over 12 years of work experience, Aniruddha was instrumental in Designing and Validating the web based HRMS product for Circular Angle. He has worked on more than 15 end-to-end implementations, Roll-outs, development projects and support projects as a Team Member/Project Lead. Aniruddha is also closely involved in designing HR solutions for non SAP clients.

Suhas Pawar

Solutions Architect

Suhas has completed his Masters in Computer Applications and has over 15 years of experience in analysis, design & development of client/server, web-based and n-tier applications. His technical expertise include Programming (C#, ASP, NET, MVC 4), Relational Database (MS SQL Server, MS Access,), Scripting Languages (JQuery, Java script, VB script)

Shruti, MBA HR, has over 10 years of experience in HR Operations and Strategy. She is equipped with HR process knowledge, has an inquisitive mind and can do a great job on industry research. Shruti has been involved in conducting HR interventions for clients, implementation of HRIS, Competency Frameworks, devising & refining HR policies and much more.
